Licensing Agreement for DocuCrafts

This Licensing Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (the “Licensee”) and DocuCrafts (the “Licensor”) regarding the use of digital design templates purchased from our website.

By purchasing and downloading any design template, you agree to the terms outlined in this Agreement.

1. License Grant

DocuCrafts grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the digital design templates (“Designs”) purchased from our website for personal or commercial projects, as outlined below:

  • You may use the designs for personal or commercial projects, including marketing materials, websites, advertisements, and product packaging.
  • You may not resell, sublicense, distribute, or share the templates as standalone products or as part of another product.
  • You may not modify the designs in any way that allows others to use them as original or resellable content.
2. License Restrictions
  • You cannot transfer or sublicense the rights granted to you under this Agreement.
  • You cannot use the Designs in projects or materials that promote illegal activities, discrimination, or other harmful behaviors.
  • The Designs cannot be resold or redistributed as templates or part of a collection of templates.
3. Ownership and Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights, including copyrights, remain the exclusive property of DocuCrafts. You are granted a limited license to use the Designs, but the ownership rights remain with DocuCrafts.

4. Term and Termination

This license is effective until terminated. You may terminate the license at any time by deleting all copies of the Designs from your devices and systems. DocuCrafts may terminate the license if you breach any of the terms of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Designs.

5. No Warranty

The Designs are provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. DocuCrafts does not warrant that the Designs will meet your requirements or that they will be free from errors.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DocuCrafts from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of the Designs.
