  • A description of the content that was removed or disabled.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

Upon receiving a valid counter-notice, we may restore the content unless the copyright owner files a court action to prevent such restoration.

3. Repeat Infringers

DocuCrafts reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers.
